Zambia has two well-defined seasons, the climate is divided between the rainy season, which lasts from December to April, and the dry season, which lasts from May to October.

The best time to visit Victoria Falls is at the end of the rainy season, between March and May, because that's when the river runs at its fullest and the falls are most spectacular.

Victoria Falls makes Livingstone a main point of interest for travelers, but wildlife and nature abound in this sprawling territory, notably the South Luangwa, Kafue and Kafue National Parks.  You can go on safari in Mosi-OA-Tunya National Park, where you can see zebras, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, etc. And another really cool program is to take a boat ride on the Zambezi River, the fourth widest river on the African continent. Where you can enjoy the sunset see crocodiles, hippopotamus, elephant and various birds of the region. For culture lovers in Livingstone we have The Livingstone museum, where part of the museum's collection is the stuff of David Livingstone. Among other very interesting museums such as the railroad museum.
